SP 1200

The model SP1200 is a high-precision full-automatic SMT stencil printer with very large pressure

fields (up to 1200 x 300mm).All printers are compatible with standard SMT frames with sizes from

300 x 300mm  up to 1500 x 560mm.

For high quality prints guarantee the 4 point ball screw drives with an excellent parallel separation of

stencil and PCB. The programmable speed control for both doctor blade and separation of stencil and

PCB are also standard devices such as the dual-camera system for fast printed circuit board

orientation.

Step 1:

Place the PCB board on the slidable working table

Step 2:

By pressing IN button, the working table will move toward inside automatically

Step 3:

By pressing DOWN button, the stencil screen will move downward automatically

Step 4:

By using magnifying camera, the operator can adjust the X, Y, Theta aligment easily and precisely

Step 5:

By pressing START button, the squeegee will spread the solder paste steadily and automatically

1200 has double-sided board capability and provides outstanding repeatability of ±0.01 mm.

Vertical board/stencil separation ensures clean prints with excellent registration. Print speed control permits

complex fine-pitch circuit boards to be processed at slower speeds than simpler, less densely populated ones.

An optional dual-camera vision system shows X, Y and theta alignment on an LCD screen. Once set, all

adjustments remained locked-in through the entire run. 

Once the start button is activated, solder paste deposition and print stroke take place automatically.

Squeegee movement and stencil separation speeds are fully programmable using the LCD control panel.
