Reflow 전문 생산업체인 SEF에서 개발 생산하는 온도 프로화일러이다.

이 온도 프로화일 장비는 Real time . Memory 2가지 기능이 동시에 되는 장비로

SMD부품 신뢰성 온도 측정하는 공정에서 가장 많이 사용하는 장비이다.

한국의 정부기관. 시험기관등에서 널리 시료 시험용으로 널리 사용되며 어떠한 PC에도 호환이 잘되는 장비이다.

측정 실시간 온도 Profiler 구현 Display이며 언제든지 측정 과정에서 MS Excel 저장이 가능하다.

온도 구간 분석 Application이 가장 우수하며, Reflow 온도 측정용 외 소재.전자부품온도 다양한 부분에서 응용이가능 하다.

USB 사용시 무제한 사용이 가능하며, 1회 충전 최대 15Hr 사용이 가능한 제품이다.

Save temperature measurement system with 3 thermocouples

Our newest measurement system 570.77 A is a continuos further development of our USB-MESY© 570.70. 

The recording of the measurement values proceeds in storage mode. The included software runs under the operating system Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. The analysation of the data can be done in graphic or in table form.

The installed lithium polymer accumulator has a capacity of approx. 15 hours. Parameter setting and analysation can be done with a PC. The storage occurs in the adjusted interval, afterwards the values are transfered to a PC via the USB interface.

The accumulator can be loaded cia the USB-interface or via an external mains adapter.

570 77A USB 방식 Profile 온도 측정 Unit 는 Windows 7, 8, 10 에서 온도 측정이 가능하며, MS word "Excel" 에서 호환 가능한 온도 측정.분석.출력. 메모리 가능한 Temperature Measuring Profile 정밀기기 입니다. 

1) X.Y 축 온도/시간 Bar설정 , 연산처리, 고객 설정 환경 edit 작업 가능.

▶ 570.77A : "Memory" Temperature Measuring system. USB Interface 

570-77A Profile Recoder System은 독일의 SEF GmbH에서 25년 전부터 판매한 제품으로

Memory Data 저장 방식으로 측정 후 USB를 통하여 Data를 PC로 이동하는 방식이다.

Windows 7, 8, 10 환경에서 사용이 가능한 기기로 리튬 Battery로서 장시간 사용이 가능한

Memory Type의 온도 측정 장비이다.

3개의 Channel로 되어 있으며 충전용 건전지를 사용하는 방식으로 장기간 Battery를 사용할수

있는 장비이다. 본 장비는 Software가 매우 강력한 프로그램으로 되어 있어 Reflow Zone 길이

를 설정 입력시 가장 이상적인 온도 조건을 제시하여 준다.

온도의 시간을 세부 분할하여 분석할 수 있으며 X.Y 축의 'A' 와 'B' 지점을 사용자가 자유롭게

설정할 수 있으며 설정된 위치의 X.Y축 온도 특성 평균치. 최상치. 연산 처리등으로 자동 Data

통계를 만들어 준다.

각 Channel별 Color Symbol 등으로 자유롭게 표기할 수 있어 사용자의 편의성이 뛰어난 장비

이다. 특히 온도 profile 사용시 각 채널별 자동 Self Test 및 초기 온도를 설정하며 사용자의 측

정 후 온도 세밀분석하는데 유렵에서 인증한 장비이다.
